⚡️ Nature Coast SC Strikes at Florida State Invitational in Tallahassee

This past weekend, four of our Nature Coast SC teams made the trip to Tallahassee to compete in the Florida State Invitational—a highly competitive tournament featuring top teams from Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi. Our players showed up with heart, skill, and determination, and the results speak for themselves!

Two of our teams advanced to the championship match, while the other two had impressive showings with strong winning records.

2013 Boys – Championship Finalists

The 2013 Boys were locked in all weekend, winning all three of their matches in group play to secure the #1 seed in their bracket and a spot in the Championship match. In the championship match, they battled hard against the host club, Florida Elite Soccer Academy, but ultimately came up short. Still, their performance was nothing short of outstanding. Huge congrats to this talented group and their coaches!

2014 Boys – Championship Finalists

Dominance was the theme for the 2014 Boys, who scored 14 goals and allowed only 1 across their three scheduled matches. Their undefeated group play earned them a spot in the final, where they went head-to-head with Concorde Fire CF from Georgia. While they fell just short in the final, their display of skill and teamwork throughout the tournament was incredible. Well done, boys!

2011 & 2016 Boys – Strong Showings

Our 2011 and 2016 Boys teams also showed why Nature Coast SC is on the rise. Both squads finished the weekend with 2 wins out of 3 matches, just missing out on championship qualification. They played with grit, passion, and focus—representing our club with pride every step of the way.

Across all four teams, Nature Coast SC finished with a combined record of 10 wins and only 2 losses in scheduled play. A fantastic accomplishment and a strong reflection of the work being done on and off the field!
